Categories of Personally Identifiable Information that NRA Cigar Club Collects
NRA Cigar Club may collect information that you provide to NRA Cigar Club in connection with your use of the Site when you: (A) place an order for any NRA Cigar Club products, including premium cigars (the “Products”) through or on the Site; (B) provide NRA Cigar Club any personal, contact, or other information about you (whether on the Site, via email, or otherwise); (C) send email messages, forms, or other information to NRA Cigar Club or other users through the Site; or (D) interact with the Site. This information may include your first and last name, your address, email address, telephone number, payment information and any additional information you provide to NRA Cigar Club during the purchase process service, via email, or via the Site. If you place an order on the Site, NRA Cigar Club may collect additional information such as your billing address, shipping address, date of birth, date of order, and payment information.

Do Not Track
You may be able to adjust your browser settings or other settings so that “do not track” requests are sent to the Site’s websites and mobile applications. NRA Cigar Club will not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Site’s in response to any “do not track” requests that are sent to the Site.

Accessing, Changing and Managing Your Information.
Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents. Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, information related to the personal information disclosed by NRA Cigar Club to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
